Our purpose is to nurture children’s curiosity within the natural environment, to enhance their learning, and to support their emotional wellbeing and sense of belonging.
• To provide a safe environment for children where they can enjoy and achieve
• To provide tailored care and support for individual families
• To support the professional development of our staff team to enable them to provide high quality childcare
• To strive to be an innovative setting that is current in its approach to childcare.
At the heart of Rushden Kids Club is our team of talented and enthusiastic childcare practitioners who collectively believe in fostering a fun, caring and loving environment. We recognise that each child is an individual with specific needs and abilities. We take pride and satisfaction in seeing each child reach their full potential and grow into confident and outstanding young individuals.
Rushden Kids Club is a family focussed setting, offering not only the care and education for younger children, but also the opportunities for school aged children to be in a safe, caring environment whilst having fun and trying new activities when the school day is complete.
Our culture of continuous improvement means that we are always looking at ways of developing and enhancing the service that we are able to offer. This is achieved through our staff attending regular training, manager and peer appraisals to ensure everyone is performing at their highest potential, open days and events, parental surveys and much more.
We are proud to be members of the National Day Nursery Association. We are also a learning organisation and regularly review our practices and procedures to ensure we are meeting the emotional, educational and physical needs of all children attending our setting. We monitor, record, and review the development of both children and staff to ensure growth, development and progress is maintained.
