Manager Natasha Wain at Rushden Kids Club‘In January 2017 I was lucky enough to secure the position of manager at Rushden Kids Club. I’m very fortunate to work with a highly motivated and dedicated team of professionals that have supported the development of the nursery into becoming a provision that is embracing and applying childhood theory to current practice, providing a stimulating, caring and safe environment.

‘As a team we work collaboratively with our families and other professionals to provide individual care with a sensitive approach to ensure all of our children have the opportunity to reach their full potential and support families during their time with us.
